I just received an amazing gift EarthFamilyCrystals. After I sadly ruined my perfect 3 little fairy stones by soaking them in water and salt/ apple cider vinegar after buying them from EarthFamilyCrystals i was mortified when I seemed to have turned them into clay like goop. Chad exceeding in any expectation I had about anyone's ability to perform customer service honestly. He was perfectly polite, patient, and his raw knowledge about crystals and things of the sort is absolutely astonishing. Listening to him speak about the fairy stones was as if I was listening to an Alan Watts podcasts. A man who knows his trait is mesmerizing to listen to in my opinion. Not only did he call me personally after I didnt see the email for a few hours. He sent me some fairystones for free to make up for my own silly mistake.. What a beautiful creature this guy. I thought these 3 fairy stones i bought were absolutely perfect. But after soaking them with my other crystals they seem to just melt into clay. The second pi ture was everything I ordered my first time experiencing the beauty of their products. Naturally I was so upset when I ruined the beauty of the fairystones perfection. Chadd, one of the owners called me personally and explained perfectly the process of fairy stones creation, and also that incredibly after taking 2 thousand years to form. They can just break down incredibly fast if soaked in water. I had no idea. He did everything he could to make my experience happy. He even offered me a coupon code so I could get replacement fairy stones. A thousand blessings!!!! When I saw this piece, I knew I had to purchase it. My friend and I love turtles. We vacation in Aruba and swim with the turtles so this was the perfect piece to give her for her birthday. She absolutely loved it. The carving of the turtle on it was perfect and the variations in the colors of the Larimar just set it off perfectly. Beautiful piece.
