Refund Policy

RETURNS POLICY:

RETURNS: We accept all returns within 1 week of you receiving your item. (Earrings and water bottles are non returnable due to Hygienic reasons).

We offer 2 options if you would like to return an item.

1. Full In-store credit minus shipping.

2. Refund to your chosen payment Method (Credit Card, Paypal, etc) minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. (This covers our time, materials, shipping costs we subsidize to offer you lower shipping rates)

The return sender is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any customs duty or fees we are charged to receive the item that has been returned. These fees if charged to Earth Family Crystals will be deducted (using any and all applicable exchange rates) from the final value of the In-store Credit or Refund total.

When the returned item has been received in its original undamaged state the In-store credit will be applied and be available for use immediately. If a refund has be been specified as the preferred method for the return it will be applied and available in 5-10 business days.


Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected (in original condition), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale & free items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale & free items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: contactforms@earthfamilycrystals.com
