I just received an amazing gift EarthFamilyCrystals. After I sadly ruined my perfect 3 little fairy stones by soaking them in water and salt/ apple cider vinegar after buying them from EarthFamilyCrystals i was mortified when I seemed to have turned them into clay like goop. Chad exceeding in any expectation I had about anyone's ability to perform customer service honestly. He was perfectly polite, patient, and his raw knowledge about crystals and things of the sort is absolutely astonishing. Listening to him speak about the fairy stones was as if I was listening to an Alan Watts podcasts. A man who knows his trait is mesmerizing to listen to in my opinion. Chadd, one of the owners called me personally and explained perfectly the process of fairy stones creation, and also that incredibly after taking 2 thousand years to form. They can just break down incredibly fast if soaked in water. I had no idea. He did everything he could to make my experience happy.
