Sweetgrass has long been used by Native people, and other cultures, to "smudge" and clear a space, a person, an object of negative energies. Sweetgrass is a sweeter smelling then sage & neutralizes the positive and negative energies creating a lovely balance.
Caution: A lit sweetgrass should not be left burning while unattended, and care should be used when extinguishing smoldering these braids.
